Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
